Termini e Condizioni<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or using any services provided by Naim Boutique Hotel, operated by Nautilus Cr Srl, Via Ichnusa 24, 09043 Muravera (SU), Sardinia, Italy. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Reservations & Booking Confirmation<\/strong>: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the hotel and payment of the required security deposit. The hotel reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Minors aged 12 and over may stay only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; only guests aged 12+ are permitted to stay at the property.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2. Rates & Payment<\/strong>: All rates are quoted in Euros (\u20ac) and include VAT at the applicable Italian rate unless otherwise stated. Rates do not include optional extras such as meals, activities, or transfers unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise a credit card for the estimated total amount prior to arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

3. Cancellation & Modification Policy<\/strong>: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to nautiluscr@legalmail.it<\/strong> or naimcostarei@gmail.com<\/strong>. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The hotel is not liable for cancellations caused by extraordinary events outside its control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or pandemics. In such cases, the hotel will offer an alternative date at no additional cost where possible.
Cancellation Deadlines:<\/strong> A full refund is provided if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival; a 1-night charge is applied for cancellations within 48 hours; a full charge applies for no-shows.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

4. Check-in & Check-out<\/strong>: As required under Art. 109 of the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Safety (TULPS), all guests must present a valid government-issued identity document at check-in. Guest identity data is transmitted to the State Police via the Alloggiati Web portal and to the Regional Tourism Portal (ROSS 1000) in compliance with Italian and Sardinian regional law. Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

5. Tourist Tax (Imposta di Soggiorno)<\/strong>: In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Muravera, a tourist tax (Imposta di Soggiorno) is applicable per person per night and is not included in quoted room rates. This amount is collected directly at the property and remitted to the Municipality of Muravera. The current tourist tax is \u20ac2,50 per person, per night for guests aged 12 and over.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

6. Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct<\/strong>: Guests agree to comply with all hotel rules and to respect other guests, staff, and the property. The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
