Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or using any services provided by Naim Boutique Hotel, operated by Nautilus Cr Srl, Via Ichnusa 24, 09043 Muravera (SU), Sardinia, Italy. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Reservations & Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the hotel and payment of the required security deposit. The hotel reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Minors aged 12 and over may stay only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; only guests aged 12+ are permitted to stay at the property.

2. Rates & Payment: All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Italian rate unless otherwise stated. Rates do not include optional extras such as meals, activities, or transfers unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise a credit card for the estimated total amount prior to arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash.

3. Cancellation & Modification Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to nautiluscr@legalmail.it or naimcostarei@gmail.com. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The hotel is not liable for cancellations caused by extraordinary events outside its control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or pandemics. In such cases, the hotel will offer an alternative date at no additional cost where possible.
Cancellation Deadlines: A full refund is provided if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival; a 1-night charge is applied for cancellations within 48 hours; a full charge applies for no-shows.

4. Check-in & Check-out: As required under Art. 109 of the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Safety (TULPS), all guests must present a valid government-issued identity document at check-in. Guest identity data is transmitted to the State Police via the Alloggiati Web portal and to the Regional Tourism Portal (ROSS 1000) in compliance with Italian and Sardinian regional law. Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.

5. Tourist Tax (Imposta di Soggiorno): In accordance with the regulations of the Municipality of Muravera, a tourist tax (Imposta di Soggiorno) is applicable per person per night and is not included in quoted room rates. This amount is collected directly at the property and remitted to the Municipality of Muravera. The current tourist tax is €2,50 per person, per night for guests aged 12 and over.

6. Hotel Rules & Guest Conduct: Guests agree to comply with all hotel rules and to respect other guests, staff, and the property. The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

• Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all indoor areas including rooms, corridors, and common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are indicated on the premises.
• Quiet hours: Observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Visitors: Guests not registered at the hotel are not permitted in rooms after 22:00.
• Protection of the natural environment: In accordance with Sardinian regional law (L.R. 45/1994 and subsequent amendments), it is strictly forbidden to remove sand, stones, shells, or flora from local beaches and natural areas. Violations are subject to significant fines imposed directly by regional and municipal authorities. The hotel bears no responsibility for penalties incurred by guests who breach this regulation.
• Waste & recycling: The Municipality of Muravera operates a mandatory door-to-door (Porta a Porta) differentiated waste collection system. Guests are required to follow the recycling calendar and sorting instructions provided in their room. Failure to comply may result in fines issued by the municipality.
• Pet Policy: Small pets (maximum 10 kg) are permitted for a one-time extra charge of €35,00.

7. Safety: The property is equipped with fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors. Guests are requested to familiarise themselves with the emergency evacuation plan displayed in their room. In the event of an emergency, guests should follow instructions from hotel staff and contact the Italian emergency services on 112.

8. Limitation of Liability: The hotel accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless the guest has used a secure storage facility provided by the hotel. Guests are encouraged to arrange appropriate travel insurance prior to their stay. The hotel accepts no liability for fines or penalties imposed on guests by public authorities as a result of the guest’s own actions, including violations of environmental or waste regulations. The hotel’s maximum liability for any proven direct damage caused by the hotel shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the relevant stay.

9. Damage to Property: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced directly to the guest.

10. Privacy & Data Protection: Personal data provided during the booking process is processed by Nautilus Cr Srl (P.IVA: 04026790925, REA: CA-357528) as data controller, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended). Data is used to manage your reservation and to fulfil legal obligations, including the mandatory transmission of guest identity data to the State Police (Alloggiati Web) and the Regional Tourism Portal (ROSS 1000) under Art. 109 TULPS, and the processing of tourist tax for the Municipality of Muravera. Booking data is retained for 10 years for administrative and tax compliance as required by the Italian Civil Code. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at nautiluscr@legalmail.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. 11. Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cagliari, Italy. In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, guests may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms: Nautilus Cr Srl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Reservations already confirmed remain subject to the terms in force at the time of booking.
